Lisa Vargas is a seasoned real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented clients in transactions across 26 states and has managed real estate portfolios for Fortune 500 companies.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management with a focus in Finance. She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence, strategic planning, and disciplined execution in every transaction.

Her professional approach combines financial insight, project management expertise, and deep market knowledge to help clients make informed real estate decisions and build long-term wealth through property ownership and investment.

Lisa is the CEO of the Jackson Vargas Real Estate Team and the CEO of the Diamond Elite Realty Group at Keller Williams. Through these organizations, she leads a network of real estate professionals committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their real estate and investment goals.

In addition to her real estate leadership, Lisa is also a partner in Alpha Physical Therapy Services, a full-service physical therapy clinic serving the Dallas–Fort Worth community.
