Meet Jessica Manion

Jessica Manion is an experienced administrative and development professional with a strong background in nonprofit operations, fundraising support, and database management. With over 7 years of experience in Salesforce and Google Workspace, Jessica has supported donor relations, event planning, and organizational logistics for mission-driven organizations across Oklahoma.

Most recently, Jessica served as Development Coordinator for Mental Health Association Oklahoma, where she managed donor data, processed and reconciled gifts, supported large-scale fundraising events—including a gala raising over $1.2 million—and partnered cross-functionally to improve development processes. She also played a key role in planning and executing the organization’s headquarters relocation.

Known for her exceptional relationship management, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion, Jessica brings a positive, solutions-oriented approach to every project. She thrives in both remote and hybrid environments and is always willing to step in where needed to ensure teams and initiatives run smoothly.
